Temporary Staffing
Temporary staffing allows employers to adjust staffing levels to meet ever-changing workloads. Temporary assignments can be long term or short term. Our clients want staff that can adapt and become productive quickly, with minimal orientation.
We perform an intense screening process for skill, previous work history, and attendance while workers are under our employment, and we ensure they are legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Temporary-to-Hire Option
More and more employers are using the temp-to-hire process as a way to evaluate performance and productivity before converting temporary employees to permanent ones.
Once we identify individuals who meet your criteria, we assign them to the work site for a pre-agreed term. At the end of the term, you may choose (but are not required) to convert the employee to your payroll at no additional charge.
If, at any point, you are not satisfied with the employee, you may request a replacement. In effect, you can “audition” staff without a long-term commitment, only converting those who meet your expectations to permanent status.
Permanent Placement Option
The permanent placement option provides recruitment and assessment services for employers who desire to have employees on their payroll from the beginning.
Coastal Staffing recruits through national and regional media. We also have relationships with area schools, universities, local unemployment offices, and workforce alliance programs to obtain qualified candidates.
We offer a 90-day guarantee, and if for any reason you are not satisfied with the employee, we will find a replacement at no additional charge. If we cannot locate a candidate who meets your satisfaction, we will prorate your account and refund the balance.
